I went to the market in Leksand with my mother today, I haven't been there in a long time but I got a lovley little feel of festival time in Japan with all the food stands. Sure there was no takoyaki or okonomiyaki but the mood was right so I ate a lot! Delicious belgian waffles, roasted almonds, deep fried camembert with cloudberry jam and my favourite; langos! A sort of hungarian deepfried pancake painted with garlic butter and served with souer cream and raw, chopped onions.
For dinner I will just make a mixed melon fruit salad, I'm too stuffed for anything else.
